Dolomite is specified by calcium-magnesium carbonate composition, particle size and intended industrial or agricultural function. Aggregate, powder and calcined products are not interchangeable.
Chemistry, grading and test basis
Provide CaO, MgO or carbonate targets, silica and other impurity limits, moisture, particle-size distribution, whiteness or reactivity where relevant and the agreed test method.
Bulk mineral handling
State lump, crushed, powder or other form, bulk or bagged packing, dust-control needs, unit weights, loading method and dry-storage requirements.
