Concrete Equipment we supply

Buying and specification guide

Concrete equipment should be matched to output, mix, travel distance and site logistics. A small mixer, batching system, pump and finishing equipment solve different parts of the placing cycle.

Production and placing requirement

Define required output, batch consistency and how concrete moves from mixing point to pour location.

  • State mix types, aggregate size and target hourly or daily output
  • Provide pumping distance, elevation and access constraints where relevant
  • Identify whether equipment is mobile, stationary or moved between sites

Power, water and site setup

Plant selection depends on utilities, foundations, working area and environmental controls.

  • Confirm power supply, fuel preference and water availability
  • Provide layout, ground conditions and setup space
  • Include washout, dust, noise and drainage constraints

Wear parts and operating support

Mixers, pumps, vibrators and finishing equipment need consumables and maintenance planning proportionate to expected duty.

  • State working hours and utilisation pattern
  • Request required hoses, pipes, tools and commissioning items
  • Define operator training, manuals and spare-part expectations

Prepare the RFQ

Provide concrete type, aggregate size, required output, pumping or placing distance, power and water availability, site layout, mobility needs, operating hours, accessories, commissioning and support requirements.

Sourcing and export

Construction materials are supplied in project quantities, phased against the build programme.

Availability, origin and documentation are confirmed per inquiry.

Frequently asked questions

How is concrete-equipment capacity selected?

Use the required placed output, cycle time, mix characteristics and distance from production to pour. Nameplate capacity alone does not describe site productivity.

What accessories belong in the RFQ?

List required hoses, pipelines, couplings, vibrators, finishing tools, washout provisions and initial wear parts based on the equipment type.

Can installation and operator training be requested?

Yes. State who will prepare the site, who installs and commissions, and what operator or maintenance handover is required.
