Access and temporary-works duty
Façade access, shoring, slab support, wall forms and civil structures impose different load and configuration requirements.
- Provide height, length, lifts, bay sizes and working loads
- Identify façade shape, slab thickness, pour sequence or support duty
- State access stairs, platforms, loading bays and edge protection
System components and compatibility

An area estimate may help budgeting, but a reliable component schedule also needs height, bay layout, lifts, ties, loading, access and site geometry.
What should a formwork request include?
Provide element drawings, concrete pressures or pour rates where specified, cycle plan, finish requirement, support conditions and whether design and erection are included.
How is system compatibility addressed?
Specify a coherent system and request component documentation. Substitutions or mixed components should be reviewed against the temporary-works design.
